Why packages?
More performance at a better package price.
KVM packages bundle CPU, RAM, SSD and backup slots into fixed sizes. This keeps costs clear and the package price below a comparable free individual configuration.
Cheaper than flexible
Package prices are optimised for common setups and save compared with comparable individual values.
Fixed specs
CPU, RAM, SSD and backups stay clearly defined and traceable later.
IPv6 included
IPv6 networks are available without an additional monthly charge.
noVNC included
Console, live status and actions work just like on flexible KVM servers.
Backups included
Each package includes backup slots; planned backups can later be configured in scheduled tasks.
Package changes
Package servers switch cleanly into other packages; promotional packages stay separate.
Good to know before choosing a package.
Answers about operating systems, package changes, backups, IP addresses and management.
Can I still choose the operating system?
Yes. After selecting a package you choose the operating system and can add extra IPv4 addresses or IPv6 networks.
Are packages cheaper than the flexible configurator?
Yes. KVM packages bundle common resource sizes at a better monthly package price than a comparable individual configuration.
Can I change a package server later?
Package servers can switch to another available KVM package. Promotional packages stay separated from regular package changes.
Are backups included?
Each package includes backup slots. Planned automatic backups can be created later through scheduled tasks in the dashboard.
How do I access the server?
The same management area is used as for flexible KVM servers, including embedded noVNC console, actions, IPs, rDNS and statistics.
Can I add more IP addresses?
Yes. Depending on the package you can add additional IPv4 addresses and IPv6 networks during package ordering.
Fixed resources
Package values are clearly defined and remain traceable during product changes.
Package changes
Package servers only switch to other KVM packages; promotional packages stay separate.
Full management
noVNC, backups, rDNS, IPs and statistics work just like on flexible KVM servers.
